Because our products are research materials and may be subject to handling, storage, contamination, and integrity concerns once shipped, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers should review product information and confirm their research requirements before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or materially compromised item, please contact the TM Research research desk as soon as possible after delivery at info@tmresearchsupply.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable so that we can review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.

Due to the nature of research materials, products that have been opened, used, altered, improperly stored, or otherwise handled after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement. Returns should not be sent without prior authorization from TM Research. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are determined after review of the specific circumstances and may depend on product condition, order details, shipping circumstances, and the nature of the reported issue. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable processing times.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible before fulfillment.

TM Research reserves the right to review each request individually and to decline returns or refunds that do not meet the requirements of this policy. This policy does not limit any rights or protections that may apply under applicable law.
