You can cancel an order before it enters processing.
Before processing
Contact info@tmresearchsupply.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been prepared for shipment, we will cancel it and refund any payment received.
After processing
Once an order has been prepared for shipment it can no longer be cancelled; it is then governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
