FAQ

Answers to the questions researchers ask most. If yours isn’t here, contact our research desk.

What are these products for?

They are analytical reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research and identification only. Products are sold for qualified laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, diagnosis, treatment, or administration.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis (identity, lot number, HPLC purity, mass-spectrometry confirmation) is available to qualified researchers on request. The COA documents what the lot is; it does not authorize human use. Each COA documents the lot’s identity, HPLC purity, and mass-spectrometry confirmation.

Do you provide usage or handling guidance?

No. We supply research materials and lot documentation only, and do not provide dosing, administration, or human- or animal-use guidance of any kind.

Who can order?

Qualified researchers purchasing on behalf of a research institution or qualified laboratory. You confirm this research-use intent at checkout.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are processed by our research desk and dispatched with tracking, using handling appropriate to each product, including cold-chain packaging where stability requires it.

What is your return policy?

Accepted orders are final and are not eligible for refunds or change-of-mind returns. If we shipped the wrong item or made a fulfillment error, contact the research desk within 3 days so we can review and correct it.
